DoorAfrik is a natural health company established in 2016 by Abdullahi Botan Hassan, a certified practitioner of herbal and homeopathic medicine. Based on the healing traditions of East Africa, DoorAfrik produces and supplies plant-based wellness products that are ethically sourced, locally grown, and professionally developed.
With its roots in Somalia, Kenya, and South Sudan, DoorAfrik works closely with farmers and herbalists to grow and refine natural remedies that meet modern quality benchmarks. Our products — including herbal powders, capsules, resins, and traditional wellness formulas — are developed to GMP and ISO standards and designed to serve both local and international markets.

Our Founder
Abdullahi Botan Hassan is a cultural healer and certified homeopathy practitioner with over a decade of experience in natural and traditional medicine. His journey began when his mother’s illness could not be helped by conventional treatment — a turning point that led him back to East Africa in search of ancestral remedies and plant-based healing systems.
Through years of hands-on learning with herbalists across Somalia and Kenya, Abdullahi built a healing practice grounded in cultural knowledge, compassion, and lived experience. He later formalised his qualifications through professional homeopathy training, combining deep-rooted wisdom with structured natural health education.
Today, under his leadership, DoorAfrik delivers trusted herbal products, nurtures local expertise, and continues a legacy of healing that is rooted in tradition and committed to quality.
